Is there a movie scene that has personal significance for you?
You are invited to to talk about a moment in film, from the iconic to the obscure, with particular significance or resonance.
Scenes in Search of the Light is a project to explore the psychological and emotional responses of film audiences. Participation is informal, taking place during a short, recorded conversation with myself at various South London venues during the New Cross and Deptford Free Film Festival. Alternatively, you can arrange to meet me in a local cafe at a time of your convenience. Your recording (anonymous if you wish) will be transcribed and presented in an exhibition with publication at Deptford Cinema in autumn 2018. Each participant will receive a copy of the publication.
Details of when and where to take part will be published in the next post...
